This will include speaking with key stakeholders with a focus on communication style, adaptability, culture fit, active listening, collaboration, and more. From these findings, we will create a leadership development plan structured on improving in long-term and personalized development for the unique needs of an employee, a group of employees and the organization.
Leaders will be more engaged by constantly asking these questions:
- Am I aware of my challenges as a leader?
- Am I addressing my challenges as a leader?
- How am I approaching difficult conversations with customers, equal stakeholders, bosses, or direct reports?
- How am I communicating collaboratively and constructively with my colleagues?
